Role Description We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Manager (REMOTE) to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function within our software development organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in QA processes and software testing, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of modern development methodologies. - Define, implement, and continuously improve the overall QA strategy and testing processes. - Lead and manage the QA team, including test engineers and automation specialists. - Plan, estimate, and oversee all testing activities across multiple projects. - Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders. - Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics. - Oversee test automation initiatives and promote best practices. - Manage defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies. - Identify risks related to quality and define mitigation strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA/testing, including leadership responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategies, and best practices. - Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or other modern development methodologies. - Proven experience managing QA teams and cross-functional collaboration. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps). - Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with CI/CD environments and DevOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Requirements - Nice to Have: ISTQB certification or similar. - Experience in performance, security, or API testing.
