• Own and improve executive compensation programs, base salary, annual incentives • Evolve executive equity programs, including grant design and allocation approaches • Design and manage comp and equity frameworks aligned with company performance • Co-own global incentive programs with the Compensation Manager • Act as the go-to expert on executive compensation and equity • Develop compensation and equity guidelines ensuring consistency and fairness • Keep executive practices competitive through market benchmarking • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies • Own executive compensation data ensuring accuracy across systems and reporting • Build modeling and analysis for executive comp and equity
• Own the end-to-end execution of Supercell marketing campaigns, activations, and initiatives across North America. • Translate global marketing strategy into concrete, high-quality regional go-to-market plans. • Lead the delivery of campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and partnership channels. • Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure campaigns ship on time and at a high quality bar. • Partner closely with local agencies, game teams, marketing strategists, and creatives to ensure smooth execution. • Coordinate with creators, agencies, and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. • Oversee production across non-owned channels, events, and activations, ensuring consistency and accuracy. • Track campaign performance and player response, sharing insights with stakeholders. • Continuously improve execution quality by applying learnings and raising the bar over time.
• Managing the earned consumer PR strategy for game marketing campaigns, with a geographic focus on North America. • Curating a culture calendar for potential earned media moments, making you the go-to team member for proactive press office ideas in support of games marketing goals. • Becoming the main point of contact for Supercell’s media relations in North America. • Overseeing key paid media publisher partnerships, driving maximum engagement and ROI. • Providing strategic communications support to longer-term marketing goals. • Acting as a creative spark that enables us to take bigger and bolder earned media bets.
