Senior Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Business Central

Role Description Chez Wepoint, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’implémentation chez le client des solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multifonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins métier, concevoir, configurer et optimiser des solutions au sein de la plateforme D365 BC. Vous serez le point de contact technique entre l’équipe du client et l’équipe Wepoint en effectuant la planification et la gestion de du projet afin d’atteinte des objectifs du client. Responsibilities - Participer à la récolte et analyse des besoins métier des clients et les traduire en exigences fonctionnelles pour D365 BC par l’entremise d’ateliers d’analyse avec les clients; - Configurer, personnaliser et optimiser D365 BC pour répondre aux besoins des clients, en s'appuyant sur une connaissance approfondie du système et sur la compréhension des besoins du client; - Analyser et documenter les besoins d’intégrations à d’autres systèmes et collaborer avec les équipes techniques (internes ou externes) pour garantir une intégration de qualité; - Élaborer des scénarios de test, effectuer des tests d'acceptation utilisateur et veiller à ce que les solutions mises en œuvre répondent aux normes de qualité et aux exigences métier; - Travailler en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de projet pour assurer une livraison de qualité, cerner les imprévus et répondre proactivement à toute requête de changement dans le cadre d’un projet client; - Documentation : Maintenir des documents précis et à jour relatifs aux exigences, aux spécifications fonctionnelles, aux configurations et aux processus métier. Qualifications - Baccalauréat en informatique, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (une Maîtrise est préférée); - De l’expérience directe avec l’implémentation de D365 BC Finance, avec idéalement un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en implémentation de solutions ERP; - Solide connaissance des processus de comptables et financiers et, ou de gestion des approvisionnements, de gestion des Entrepôts, des processus Manufacturier, de la logistique et de la distribution; - Certifications Microsoft Dynamics 365, telles Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant; - Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse; - Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets différents à la fois et à déterminer les priorités en conséquence; - Fortes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles; - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe; - Une expérience en relation client; - Excellente communication en français et en anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec; - Seuls les candidats légalement autorisés à travailler pour tout employeur au Canada seront considérés.
