• Own and drive the design and delivery of analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions for enterprise clients using tools such as Power BI. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and interactive prototypes that align with phData methodologies, standards, and best practices. • Deliver project-based consulting engagements, including backlog support and development, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and tune performance or deployment issues across reports, data models, and underlying platforms as needed. • Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture, particularly in modern cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake). • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including data engineering, analytics, and client business stakeholders to deliver successful client engagements. • Manage client expectations by leading regular status meetings, providing clear updates, and proactively soliciting feedback through working sessions and demos. • Provide technical leadership in the use of Power BI and data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME), guiding clients on how to scale and govern their analytics solutions. • Ensure high quality in deliverables through documentation, validation, and adherence to governance, security, and change management standards. • Partner with practice and account leaders to identify opportunities to expand analytics use cases, improve delivery patterns, and standardize reusable approaches. • Contribute to internal initiatives such as developing accelerators, templates, and best-practice playbooks for Power BI, data preparation, and modern BI. • Share knowledge with peers through mentoring, informal coaching, and collaborative problem solving. • Represent phData with professionalism in all interactions, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Execute assigned configuration tasks, data preparation activities, and documentation deliverables as directed by the Senior or Principal Consultant leading the engagement. • Complete configuration workbook sections, build NetSuite records and settings, and conduct initial configuration testing within defined scope. • Support data migration activities including data cleansing, template population, and validation testing under Senior Consultant direction. • Actively develop functional knowledge across core NetSuite modules through on-the-job delivery, BPC training resources, and self-directed study. • Pursue NetSuite certification milestones on the timeline established with the Practice Manager (Suite Foundation within first year; ERP Consultant within 18 months). • Ask questions proactively; bring proposed solutions alongside issues rather than problems alone. • Follow BPC delivery methodology and templates consistently; flag deviations or gaps to the engagement lead. • Participate constructively in team meetings, standups, and delivery retrospectives. • Support Associate Consultants on shared tasks where applicable, modeling the collaborative behavior expected across the practice. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by documenting learnings from engagements in team resources.
