Role Description As our Partner Manager for Poland, you will be the architect of Mollie’s ecosystem in one of our most important growth markets. You aren't just managing relationships; you are building a network of digital agencies, ERP providers, and e-commerce platforms that serve as the primary engine for our expansion in Poland. Based in Warsaw (or working remotely within Poland), you will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle. Your mission is to make Mollie the "top of mind" payment provider for Polish partners, ensuring that when they build for their merchants, they choose Mollie. This is a high-autonomy role where you will define how we win in the Polish market. What you’ll ship - Build and Scale the Partner Ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners, including digital agencies, e-commerce platforms, and ERP integrators. - Drive Indirect Revenue: Own the commercial targets for the Polish partner channel, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality merchant referrals. - Enable Partner Success: Conduct product training, workshops, and joint marketing activities to ensure our partners are experts in the Mollie value proposition. - Execute Joint GTM Strategies: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to launch local campaigns and events that solidify Mollie’s presence in Poland. - Act as the Voice of the Market: Gather feedback from the Polish ecosystem to influence our product roadmap, ensuring our features stay ahead of local market needs. - Manage Performance: Use Salesforce to track partner health, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics, providing regular insights to the CEE leadership team. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales, ideally within Fintech, E-commerce, or SaaS. - Polish and professional English: You can negotiate complex deals and build deep trust in both languages. - Deep Polish Market Knowledge: You already have a network or a strong understanding of the Polish e-commerce landscape and its key players. - A "Farmer & Hunter" Mindset: You are equally comfortable hunting for new strategic partnerships as you are nurturing and growing existing ones. - Commercial Acumen: You understand the economics of partnerships and know how to build mutually beneficial business cases. - Technical Curiosity: You can hold your own in a conversation about APIs and integrations, helping partners understand how Mollie fits into their tech stack.
