Role Description We’re searching for a hands-on, highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our newly formed FP&A function. You will play a key role in driving strategic financial insights across the organization and partner closely with business leaders and finance leadership team to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning efforts. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Lead the financial operations of Devsu, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. • Own the monthly close process across entities. • Oversee preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with Ecuadorian accounting, tax, and labor regulations (primary) and U.S. GAAP. • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in both US and Ecuador jurisdictions. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. • Build and maintain financial models to support growth decisions. • Provide insights on profitability by client/service line, cost structure and margin optimization, cash flow and capital allocation. • Support leadership in strategic initiatives (pricing, expansion, efficiency). • Identify risks and opportunities proactively. • Design and implement cost control and financial discipline frameworks. • Improve financial processes, reporting clarity, and internal controls through automation and AI. • Support cross-border structure optimization and tax efficiency (in coordination with advisors).

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting, and/or Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Procurement • Build and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security configurations • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Prism Analytics • Support tenant configuration changes and deployment activities across Workday environments • Troubleshoot and support Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations • Support Workday semi-annual release updates, regression testing, feature evaluations, and adoption planning • Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions • Manage Workday security roles, domains, and user access configurations • Maintain system documentation including configuration workbooks, testing scripts, SOPs, and training materials • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday application issues and end-user troubleshooting • Support implementation, enhancement, and post-production optimization initiatives.
