• Assess current finance function and build the organization needed to support a growing SaaS business. • Rebuild the finance function, hire, mentor, and structure a team. • Own the financial systems stack centered on NetSuite, including process redesign and integrations. • Partner with CEO and executive leadership team on pricing, packaging, and market economics. • Manage external partners: auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and insurance. • Own cash management and develop board-ready reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Prior CFO experience at a B2B SaaS company, with demonstrated success building or rebuilding a finance function.
  • PE- or VC-backed company experience.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS economics and metrics, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and SaaS-appropriate financial systems and reporting.
  • Hands-on operator's mindset — comfortable in a small-team environment.
  • Strategic range — experience in the room when business model decisions get made.
  • Strong communicator and partner to a CEO, COO, VP Revenue and broader leadership team.
