Role Description We’re searching for a hands-on, highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our newly formed FP&A function. You will play a key role in driving strategic financial insights across the organization and partner closely with business leaders and finance leadership team to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning efforts. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including detailed modeling and variance analysis - Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making (e.g., SaaS metrics, customer retention, pricing) - Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities - Continuously improve FP&A tools, processes, and systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Excel), including being on the forefront of our AI adoption - Support M&A integrations and post-acquisition performance tracking - Prepare materials for board meetings and internal presentations Qualifications - 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to work with large data sets - Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights) Requirements - Analytical – Experienced in analyzing situations, problems, and data to inform strategic decisions; hands on and ‘in the details’, able to articulate the situation and identify solutions - Advanced Excel Modeling – Mastered the ability to apply advanced excel modeling techniques quick and effectively to generate insightful and accurate analysis - Adaptability – Comfortable working within fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities; able to ‘go deep’ on projects requiring depth of thought and analytical savvy, while elevating to strategic thought and leading teams - Systems & Data Design – Accomplished at architecting processes and systems that streamline operations, provide better visibility, and enhance productivity across the company Benefits At Blancco, culture matters. Technical Support Analyst – Japan / Remote (Global) Blancco Technology Group is looking for a bright Technical Support Analyst to provide enterprise level technical software/hardware support to our customers through supported channels (phone/portal/email). The candidate should have a good understanding of basic IT solutions, concepts and environments. Fluent English and Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or higher), both written and verbal, are required. Candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience are preferred. **Please note we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role** Required Skills: • Strong customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, both hardware and software. • Familiarity with help-desk software, especially JIRA Service Management. • Thorough and accurate written communication skills, for both external and internal audiences. • Ability to research internal and external documentation and present effectively to customers. • Highly motivated and works well in both team and individual environments.
