Revenue Operations Specialist
QA Wolf
• Analyze GTM and sales data to identify trends, buying signals, pipeline opportunities, and areas for optimization across the sales funnel • Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to provide actionable insights that improve outbound targeting, prospecting efficiency, and conversion rates • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics • Audit, clean, and maintain CRM data (Salesforce) on an ongoing basis e.g. deduplication, data normalization, field hygiene, and building processes to keep it clean going forward • Manage and support key GTM tools and vendor relationships, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales enablement platforms • Identify gaps in processes, systems, or data integrity and proactively implement scalable solutions • Manage and evolve fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and user permissions • Support territory planning, lead routing, enrichment strategies, and sales process improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the revenue organization • Document what you build for enablement and scaling systems
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong experience working within Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management
- Experience working with GTM tools and vendors such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, outbound motions, pipeline management, and GTM analytics
- Demonstrated experience cleaning, uploading and maintaining CRM data at scale utilizing tools like Datagroomr
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment while also being highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Positive, driven attitude with a genuine desire to help the sales team succeed
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bonus: Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth startup sales organizations
