Job Description

Director, Revenue Operations – Strategy

Hello Heart

• Own commercial terms end to end, including pricing, performance guarantees, and billing structures. Partner with Legal, Finance, and GTM leadership to ensure terms are competitive, scalable, and aligned with company goals • Build and lead the deal desk function. Establish clear processes and guardrails that support fast deal execution while maintaining consistency and control across the business • Partner directly with Sales on deal strategy. Act as a hands-on advisor to help structure deals, improve win rates, and increase overall deal value • Design and manage pricing levers and promotional strategies. Identify opportunities in the market, test new approaches, and scale what works • Create and maintain clear documentation for all commercial terms and deal desk workflows. Ensure materials are easy to use for the GTM team and structured to support AI-driven workflows • Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations to ensure accurate deal booking, clean handoffs, and strong operational discipline • Continuously evaluate deal performance and pricing effectiveness. Use data and market feedback to refine strategy and improve outcomes over time

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of total professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Strategic Business Operations
  • 3+ years of “field experience” either selling or directly influencing sales
  • 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C technology
  • Expertise in software pricing, promotions & commercial terms
  • Experience designing creative solutions to unstick deals
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement
  • Strong written skills, with the ability to translate complex business terms into clear & pithy language
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually as needed
