This role will focus on marketplace optimization, digital shelf performance, consumer insights analysis, and Product Detail Page (PDP) enhancement across major eCommerce platforms. Role Description We are looking for 3 Full Stack Engineers for a full-time contract engagement supporting a US-based client in the e-commerce domain. The goal of this engagement is to accelerate feature delivery and strengthen code quality across mature, customer-facing production systems. This is not a greenfield project. The systems are already in production, structured, and transaction-sensitive. Engineers are expected to ramp up quickly (within 1–2 weeks) and deliver production-ready features independently. The primary objective is to increase engineering throughput while reducing defect rates, working within established sprint cadences and architecture guidelines. This role requires strong backend expertise in PHP (LAMP environment, MVC frameworks — Symfony is ideal) and solid experience building and maintaining Angular-based Single Page Applications (Angular 2+) using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Node.js experience is a strong plus and may be part of the stack depending on team needs. This is a fixed-term contract engagement with performance-based continuation possibilities. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement complete full stack features (backend + frontend). - Develop backend APIs primarily using PHP (MVC frameworks). - Contribute to Node.js services when applicable. - Build and enhance Angular (2+) web applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Optimize and maintain relational databases (MySQL or similar). - Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability and performance. - Improve automated test coverage when applicable. - Participate actively in code reviews. - Deliver committed sprint work independently. - Maintain consistent sprint velocity without heavy supervision.
