• Budget & Spend Management: Analyze, forecast, allocate, and track marketing budgets. Develop and maintain real-time reports to monitor spending against goals and KPIs. Conduct spend reconciliation against purchase orders and invoices. • Vendor Management: Research, engage, and negotiate with external vendors. Maintain vendor contracts, ensuring operational, technical, and financial compliance. Track vendor performance and manage relationships effectively. • Process Improvement & Workflow Management: Map, analyze, and enhance departmental procedures for efficiency. Implement and manage changes in processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Develop and maintain business continuity plans. • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM) to gather insights. Prepare and present findings to leadership for performance review and optimization. Collaborate with teams to implement improvements based on data analysis. • Campaign Development & Management: Research, strategize, and plan marketing campaigns. Oversee campaign creation, implementation, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign spend against KPIs to assess ROI and optimize strategies. • Copywriting: Produce SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, job board postings, ads, and web pages. Develop creative assets aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM: Facilitate migration and transition processes. Act as a representative stakeholder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM initiatives. Build, manage and report on Campaigns,

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on budget management, vendor relationships, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Copywriting experience with an understanding of SEO principles.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Role Description We are looking for a talented individual with the experience and motivation to join our innovative team. This is an entry level position that serves as the foundation of the Fulfillment team. The person is responsible for electronically delivering Precisely products to customers and partners in a timely manner. In addition, the role will close any issues customers may have accessing their products and maintaining their software license keys. This role is transactional by nature, emphasizing accurate and timely completion of tasks. Typically, it does not involve mentoring responsibilities or participation in strategic planning. What you will do: - Utilize systems such as Salesforce and Precisely Key Generation tools for the fulfillment of various products - Ensure product delivery of software and keys, data and SaaS as part of the final step prior to invoicing the customer and recognizing revenue. - Work under tight financial deadlines, especially during month-end and quarter-end closures - Ensure we are meeting audit requirements as part of revenue recognition - Fulfillment case triage - Provide license keys at customer request that include only functionality that a customer has paid for, and no additional functionality that the customer has not paid - Ensure customers can run the software within the scope and restrictions of their contract (restriction examples include Operating System, usage capacity, location, etc.) - Ensure customers have access to support sites for downloading resources - Maintain strict processes for case creation and overseeing the Fulfillment queue.
