• Conduct commercial real property research, analysis, and the preparation of valuation and advisory reports • Assist with forensic accounting as it relates to real property damages • Manage document requests/production and maintain valuation models and reports • Conduct site visits and provide professional client interactions • Collaborate with other financial forensic engagements as necessary across the U.S.
Job Requirements
- College Undergraduate degree
- Near-term attainment of a Certified General Appraiser state license
- Long-term goal of earning the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and other real property and appraisal-related software
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and simplify/translate into a condensed and/or visual format
- Comfortable with finance and related issues
- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to research industry, economic, and benchmark data
