Application Support Consultant

• Manage incidents and problems, provide business support, and handle development, enhancements and configurations for the client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (Data Cloud) solution. • Ensure monitoring, integrity and availability of systems that support operations. • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in incident and problem management. • Implement, manage and maintain provisioning, configuration, and automation processes. • Analyze application issues. • Develop corrective fixes and evolutionary enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum proven experience of 2–3 years in customer-oriented 1st and 2nd line application support roles for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Preferably certified as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
- Preferably certified as Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant.
