Project Manager – Central Laboratory Services
Precision Medicine Group
• Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across a range of disciplines • Ensure project plans are translated into action and results • Provide internal consulting on project management issues • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals • Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings • Identify out of scope project work; escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties • Ensure that work product complies with design and performance standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering)
- Must have experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; exceptional emotional intelligence
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional research and reporting skills
- Exceptional use of judgement and discretion
- Able to read, write, and fluently speak and comprehend the English language
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally, including overnight stays (~10-25%)
- Extended work hours may be necessary in order to meet business demands.
