• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and detailed take-offs based on project plans and specifications • Analyze drawings, materials, labor, and time requirements to develop competitive bids • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and proposals • Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options • Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from award to completion • Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Track project progress, costs, and performance against budget • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues • Handle change orders, variations, and contract administration

- Proven experience in estimating and/or project management within construction or a related industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in estimating and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
