The Shop-Ware team is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join them. The team develops modern Shop Management Software that provides not only transformational shop management tools, but also transparent customer-facing communications. The result? Increased efficiency, enhanced profitability, and second to none customer service for each of our customers. - Build and rapidly iterate on full stack application features, using highly customized API and integrations, in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript - Contribute architectural vision and execution - Continually help improve development practices to deliver highly available software Qualifications - Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails: the framework, pros and cons, how to effectively organize code, and how to write efficient and understandable code - Ruby on Rails 6, HTML, CSS, and React - JavaScript; we have a lot of client-side code! - Relational DB (Postgres, MySQL, SQL) engines - Backbone.js a plus!
