Senior Manager – Technology, Infrastructure Operations

• Manage Enterprise Backup (Veritas-NetBackup, DELL-DPS, Azure backups), Backup storage platforms (Data domain, StoreOnce, Flex appliance), Tape Library Technologies. • Ensure critical services data protection, fast recovery, and availability of latest and historical data on primary, secondary and remote location sites, define policies and agreements with service owners and do periodic reviews to enforce critical data are protected. • Act as the first provider of solutions, advice, and consultancy for Backup platform related problems of high complexity by analyzing the situation, recommending a solution and document it. • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Backup systems, processes, and practices considering international best practice. • Manage Azure native backup solutions, AKS deployments and support. • Proactively manage and monitor daily backup jobs, ensuring high success rates and timely resolution of failures. • No backup failure should remain unattended for more than one day unless there is a strong and valid justification. • Ensure all backup‑supported hardware and applications remain healthy and fully operational. • Maintain redundant backup copies and ensure RPO compliance. • Perform regular backup capacity planning, forecasting growth, and optimizing storage utilization to prevent resource constraints. • Lead backup‑related incident management, including root cause analysis, remediation, and preventive controls. • Ensure backup processes meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (SOC, ISO, internal audits), with complete documentation and evidence readiness. • Drive backup‑related initiatives including scoping, solution design, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate weekly governance meetings with backup vendors to track SLAs, review performance, and drive continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate inventory of backup infrastructure, media, licenses, and contracts across environments. • Deliver executive dashboards and regular operational reports on backup health, success rates, capacity trends, and risk indicators. • Lead, mentor, and manage backup operations resources, ensuring skill development, accountability, and operational excellence. • Identify, assess, and mitigate backup and recovery risks to strengthen data protection, disaster recovery readiness, and business resilience.

Role Description The RCM Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end RCM activities of multiple office support teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role is responsible for direct management of two or more office support teams and functions in a supervisory capacity without direct account assignments, but with team support and coverage expectations during outages or within areas of need. Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Responsible for quality work, meeting deadlines, and adherence to Compliance and Revenue cycle standard operating procedures. - Organized work habits, accuracy, and proven attention to detail with strong analytical skills. - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred. - Ability to comply with all organization, state, and federal employment regulations and practices. Previous experience in team and personnel management preferred. Requirements - Supervise office-based end-to-end site-specific revenue cycle team(s), providing guidance and support to ensure performance meets departmental standards. - Interview, hire, onboard and train new-hires or transferred team members within pod-specific workflows and role-specific expectations. - Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are up-to-date on billing and coding procedures, compliance, payer requirements, and best practices. - Conduct bi-weekly huddles to review site scorecard/metrics, adjust workflows, and implement new strategic initiatives across roles. - Identify gaps in team communication and address problem areas with innovative solutions to improve accountability and performance. - Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports with bidirectional performance feedback. - Provide feedback to RCM Manager or Director to support quarterly and annual performance reviews for all pod staff. - Prepare and present detailed reports on site-specific RCM KPIs, highlighting areas of concern and areas for improvement. - Monitor and report on the net collection rate, analyzing performance against targets. - Track and evaluate average days in AR to ensure appropriate advanced collection, payment application, efficient and accurate claim filing, and timely back-end billing and claim resolution. - Review and analyze the percentage of AR over 90 days (insurance v. patient) to identify trends or issues requiring attention. - Review speed and effectiveness of resolution of practice needs, account questions, and communication back to practice and/or patient. - Audit team performance weekly and ensure that all RCM activities are processed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. - Develop and enforce procedures for following up on outstanding claims and ensuring payment collection on overdue accounts. - Ensure team is appropriately staffed in relation to volume-based staffing model per pod. - Review trends MoM to assist in setting departmental goals related to RCM metrics. - Continuously evaluate RCM processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. - Report any compliance concerns to RCM Manager or Director, and assist with resolution of compliance issues. - Act as first point of contact for site leadership when account or patient questions arise.
