Job Description

Team Lead – Operations

Fox Pest Control

• Provide direct support to a team of 4–8 dispatch team members • Train and mentor dispatchers, addressing questions and concerns to ensure smooth daily operations • Help optimize technician routing and customer scheduling to drive efficiency and branch profitability • Support the Branch Operations Manager through training, feedback, and one-on-one coaching • Assume select leadership and management responsibilities to support overall branch performance

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Experience with computer database systems or software
  • Ability to quickly learn Pest Routes and routing methods to maximize efficiency
  • Strong adaptability and professionalism in fast-paced or high-stress situations
  • Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve
  • Positive, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine personality with confidence in office and customer service skills.
