Senior Solution Consultant – HCM

• Delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars. • Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions. • Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training. • Contribute to the qualification of opportunities, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. • Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives. • Assist sales in the response to RFIs. • Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand pain points, current business processes, and ideal future state. • Uses in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.)
- 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. Infor, Greenhouse, iCims, SAP, Oracle, UKG and Ceridian etc.)
- 3+ years in a presales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
- Experience in a pre-sales, implementation, or strategic consulting role within cloud-based HCM ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Financial Services Industry Focus (Preferred)
- Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes.
- Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision.
- Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change.
- Generates unique ideas or approaches to improve the work with a willingness to innovate and take calculated risks.

Role Description Short term consultancy assignment - Commencing June/July 2026, concluding March 2027 - Based in Comoros (remote) Save the Children is seeking a consultant to support the Ministry of National Education (MEN) in strengthening school safety and education continuity systems in Comoros by developing a national framework and associated capacity-building tools. The consultant will lead the technical work required to review existing policies and practices, identify gaps, and develop a comprehensive, context-appropriate framework for school safety and education continuity, as well as training modules and a roll-out plan. Through this work, the consultancy aims to enhance institutional and human capacities to better manage climate and disaster-related risks and ensure continuity of learning across the education system. Qualifications - Summary of skills, experiences and qualifications aligned to this specific scope of work, including French language proficiency. - Experience of working internationally, preferably with Ministries of Education.
