• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at financial institutions in Net New sales opportunities. • Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's HCM applications to customers as part of our Manufacturing Customer Base team in Large Enterprise. • Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges and drive business outcomes. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants to support a combination of Net New sales opportunities. • Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to achieve team goals.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive Human Capital Management domain expertise
- 5+ years experience in Presales Solution Consulting, Sales, or Implementation role
- 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management & workforce management applications
- Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote)
- Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and the business impact
- Agility: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability
