• This role sits at the center of Amgen’s transformation agenda, working directly with RDO leadership to shape how transformation and change are executed across the enterprise • Define and operationalize modern change and transformation methods, playbooks, templates, and tools, ensuring they are practical, fit-for-purpose, and applied in real work • Clarify how and when tools should be used, reducing duplication, fragmentation, and tool sprawl to create a coherent operating model • Partner with transformation teams to embed methods into day-to-day ways of working, reinforcing consistent application across initiatives • Establish and scale a knowledge management capability, including content ownership, curation, and access, and define how knowledge is captured, structured, and reused across teams • Build and evolve mechanisms (e.g., forums, content hubs) that enable practical knowledge sharing, integrating them into how teams operate • Promote consistent application of modern, outcome-oriented change management approaches, supporting practitioners through guidance, tools, and targeted coaching • Identify where adoption breaks down and implement focused interventions to improve uptake and effectiveness • Drive effective use of key platforms (e.g., digital change platforms, toolkit site, AI-enabled tools) by ensuring they are aligned to practitioner needs and integrated into workflows • Use data and feedback to continuously improve usability, relevance, and impact • Connect work across capability, methods, and technology, clarifying ownership and ensuring a cohesive approach across the transformation ecosystem • Facilitate alignment with senior stakeholders and help establish clear direction and scalable ways of working • Build strong relationships across RDO, SLT, and cross-functional teams, influencing without authority to drive alignment and progress • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a strong bias toward delivering tangible outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of business performance experience
  • Or Master’s degree and 7 years of business performance experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of business performance experience
  • Experience in top-tier consulting, transformation, or operational roles with clear ownership of delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to move from strategy to execution, not just analysis
  • Strong track record of operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driving work forward
  • Experience leading or supporting change management and adoption at scale
  • Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies and implement practical, high-impact solutions
  • Experience working across business, technology, and functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Comfort operating with partial ownership in a matrixed environment
  • Exposure to digital platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled tools in a business context
