Associate Partner Manager Hybrid Partnerships Full time New York, New York, United States A bit about you We’re seeking an Associate Partner Manager with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in Ad Tech / Digital advertising to join our reseller partnerships group. The Associate Partner Manager is primarily responsible for assisting existing Partner Managers, Senior Partner Managers and Directors in their revenue generation and technical support of external reseller sales teams. Associate Partner Managers are integral to the team’s success by contributing to quantifying campaign performance, sharing information and implementing best practices. The Associate Partner Manager is an entry level sales position. You will - Prioritize and complete request for proposals (RFPs) within designated pod - Utilize campaign data analytics and insights to assist the Partner Manager with creating post-sale recommendations and optimization opportunities - Develop a sophisticated understanding of GroundTruth product and capabilities, translate your knowledge into media plans that help clients meet their objectives and solve business problems - Communicate effectively, via phone or email, to external customers, salespeople and support personnel leveraging GT tech in a sales capacity - Design sales materials, one-sheets, brand insight reports and user-guides to educate partners on product use cases and campaign best practices You have This is our ideal wish list, but most people don’t check every box on every job description. Role Description The Group Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations within their assigned area. This role ensures that all vehicle maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and fleet compliance requirements are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards. The role also provides leadership and oversight of in-house maintenance shops where applicable, while also managing relationships and performance with third-party maintenance providers. Working closely with local operations leadership and the corporate fleet team, the Group Fleet Manager drives fleet reliability, vehicle availability, regulatory compliance, and maintenance cost performance while supporting continuous improvement in fleet operations. Responsibilities/Essential Functions - Fleet Management - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Group and Facility General Managers, local fleet coordinators, and other internal partners to ensure fleet readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with local operations, Corporate Fleet, and Procurement to implement standardized policies related to vehicle safety, maintenance programs, parts procurement, and rental utilization. - Manage fleet performance using company systems, dashboards, and operational reporting tools. - Lead recurring fleet performance reviews with Group and Facility General Managers covering vehicle safety and compliance, preventative maintenance, repair trends and costs, rental utilization and other fleet initiatives. Provide recommendations and assistance in developing improvement plans. - Support the DOT compliance team with local adherence to corporate safety, fleet, and maintenance policies, such as eDVIR compliance, telematics, vehicle inspections, recalls, and hazardous waste disposal. - Maintenance Operations - Provide technical guidance and support for complex vehicle maintenance issues, assisting both in-house locations and 3rd party vendors in diagnosing and resolving them. - Track and monitor preventative maintenance compliance, scheduling, in-house and 3rd party repair orders, parts inventory, mechanic productivity, and shop efficiency. - Implement productivity, service, and cost performance improvement plans at field fleet operations and shops. - Execute corporate purchasing and parts programs across assigned locations to drive cost control and standardization. - Manage local relationships with third-party maintenance vendors to ensure quality repairs, competitive pricing, and service level expectations. - Ensure vehicles are maintained within warranty parameters and that manufacturer recalls and campaigns are quickly identified and completed. - Shop Management and Development - Manage the fleet mechanic staff in multiple locations, including responsibility for hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, and overall performance. - Organize workflow, quality control, and shop organization by maintaining positive employee relationships and enforcing preventive maintenance standards. - Provide directions and guidelines for the fleet mechanic regarding assigned work, repair order, and vehicle service records updates. - Ensure the fleet mechanics have updated knowledge, skills, and qualifications. - Monitor the location, condition, and care of shop tools, equipment, repair order trends for example breakdowns, multiple fleet failures, comebacks, and tire wear.
