Client Success Manager

Role Description Private Practice Elevation is looking for a Client Success Manager to support their growing SEO service line. This person will be the main point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear, projects organized, approvals moving, and the SEO team focused on execution. This is not an SEO execution role, but the person should be comfortable understanding SEO reports, KPIs, and client updates at a high level. - Manage client communication, check-ins, follow-ups, and expectations. - Coordinate content approvals, project updates, and pending client inputs. - Prepare monthly client reports using KPI updates and information from the SEO team. - Keep Asana and internal workflows organized across multiple clients. - Understand each client’s strategy and help keep requests aligned with agreed priorities. - Escalate deeper SEO questions to the SEO team when needed. - Support onboarding, retention, and process improvements as the agency grows. Qualifications - Experience in client success, project coordination, account coordination, or operations in an agency or service-based business. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once. - Familiarity with SEO concepts, reporting, and performance metrics. - Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools. - Able to communicate calmly, set boundaries, and guide clients with confidence. - Availability for weekday overlap with Eastern Time business hours. - Interest in mental health or private practice businesses is a plus.
