This role will manage a team of OEM Key Account Managers and be responsible for driving growth and accelerating sales of our Climate Solutions product portfolio to both existing and new OEM customers manufacturing equipment for data center applications. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities to ensure business plan targets are achieved or exceeded. We are looking for a strong driver with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven team-building skills to expand our market presence. Drive sustainable growth of Climate Solutions portfolio sales in alignment with the regional sales strategy. Develop and maintain customer-focused value propositions tailored to the data center market. Provide competitive insights to Marketing and Sales Excellence teams. Champion customer focus across the organization to increase loyalty and retention. Define and execute segment strategies, including mentoring and career development for the team. Generate impactful leads and follow up within target sales channels. Develop and maintain action plans for key influencers in a dynamic market. Manage and review opportunities in Salesforce (directly owned and shared). Support asset management by ensuring receivables are aligned with agreed terms and conditions. Ensure the team maintains an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts. Ensure the team develops and maintains Key Account Plans with aggressive growth targets based on customer needs. Build in-depth customer understanding to identify areas where Danfoss can deliver maximum value within the product portfolio. Success Criteria Achieve growth and profitability in OEM sales across Climate Solutions divisions in North America's Data Center vertical. Align sales strategy with product line objectives. Foster team development and build organizational capability. What We're Looking For Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the industry, including account management and business development. Proven track record of sales growth and development. Experience managing a sales team (directly or indirectly). Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Creative, analytical, and action-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with strong personal drive. Excellent prioritization and strategic presentation skills. Strengths in influencing, strategic management, relationship building, team leadership, and problem solving. Entrepreneurial spirit with flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and assignments. Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000.
