• You will assist in managing project and service contracts and gradually take on your own scope of responsibilities • You will coordinate the contract-compliant delivery of our services together with our IT specialists • You will support quality assurance and the further development of our services • You will identify improvement opportunities in collaboration and implement optimizations within the team • You will assist with onboarding new or modified services • You will support adjustments to customer requirements according to defined standards • You will act as an interface between customers and the Project & Service team • You will take on steering and coordination roles
Job Requirements
- Ideally you have some initial experience in a project or service environment (e.g., IT services, operations, PMO, service desk, or customer success)
- You have a basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and initial exposure to IT operations, ticketing and workflow processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Experience with Jira and/or Confluence is an advantage
- You have first-hand exposure to project work and are ideally familiar with traditional or agile methods
- You are interested in new technologies, digital products and current trends in the IT environment
- You can capture and analyze requirements in a structured way and work with the team to translate them into appropriate solutions
- You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner, communicate clearly and structured, and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken, complete your profile
- You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility for your tasks and contribute proactively

Job Responsibilities: [Your Responsibilities] - Responsible for the Controlling processes for Japan including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, business planning, project accounting and capital expenditure tracking while overseeing two direct reports. - Partner with the Magna Global Finance team to provide consolidated management reporting and business analysis for decision making. - Manage yearly budget and quarterly forecast preparation for the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for strategic planning and decision making. - Prepare business cases for new initiatives and supplier contract renewals. - Maintain, monitor, implement changes for financial reporting systems, acting as Finance team subject matter expert. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles, guidelines, Magna finance policies and regulatory requirements and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Ensure compliance with transfer pricing guidelines, working with Magna Global Transfer Price team. - Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and presentations for management and functional departments. - Supervise outsourcing company which is assigned to the expense operation. - Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Who we are looking for: - Professional Accounting Designation including a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Accounting (including Tax) and Finance with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. - Ability to build solid relationships to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams or other diverse groups of business people with a wide array of professional backgrounds, including senior management. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines. - Strong proficiency in financial management software (OneStream) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE E1). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI). - Accounting experience to include overseeing/managing company financial summaries such as month-end, year-end and operation reviews, year-end auditing process, general accounting, developing business plans, and analysis of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow. Role Description This is a generalist role that bridges Growth execution and Product feedback, designed to give our Brazil launch a dedicated, single point of contact. You will be the internal voice of Brazil: running communications and campaigns, keeping local content sharp, and feeding real market insights back to the product and growth teams. As Brazil grows, so does this role.
