Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Architect to join Capgemini, specializing in the design and delivery of secure, resilient, and scalable hybrid and multi‑cloud architectures across AWS and Microsoft Azure. - Lead the architecture, migration, and modernisation of complex enterprise environments spanning on‑premises infrastructure, private cloud, and hyperscale public cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). - Partner closely with security, application, and delivery teams to embed security‑by‑design, resilience, governance, and compliance from initial architecture through accreditation and ongoing operations. - Be across Cloud Architecture and Strategy; Migration and modernisation; IaC; Automation and Scripting; DevOps and CI/CD; Security and Identity along with architecture governance. - Lead large-scale migrations and cloud transformations from on‑premises and private cloud to AWS and Azure, including assessments and modernization roadmaps. - Design and govern secure, compliant cloud-native and hybrid architectures, including landing zones, standards, and best practices. - Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight, collaborating across platform, DevOps, security, and application teams. - Engage senior stakeholders to align cloud strategy with business goals and drive successful adoption. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and enterprise IT environments. - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. - Proven experience leading complex AWS and/or Azure migration and transformation programs. - Solid experience with on-prem to cloud migrations. - Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
