Role Description Lead Zoned’s launch plan & growth strategy in the UK market with the support of Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Agency & Sales Director, EMEA. - Position the Agency in the UK market as a leading culture-first marketing and activation agency that is uniquely positioned to service UK based clients. - Lead New Biz opportunities from a creative & strategy perspective including capabilities presentations and RFP responses with the support of President, Creative & Strategy. - Build a strong understanding of GameSquare services and be a champion for collaborative business growth across the company (Agency Services, Talent & Technology). - Lead local accounts strategically, thinking holistically about brand goals and developing plans to execute towards those goals on timeline. - Analyze brand, cultural, and industry insights via research to inform creative thought starters. - Deliver work at a high level and identify new opportunities for clients to engage GameSquare’s in-house solutions. - Work alongside in-house or external design resources to support in bringing strategic & creative vision to life for proposals and live programs. - Collaborate with Client Services team to prioritize deliverables, owning your bandwidth and personal organization. - Think ahead, identify potential roadblocks and anticipate pivots needed in shared work streams. - Communicate compelling ideas and strategy clearly to key stakeholders via visual, written, verbal presentations (e.g., Decks, Briefs, Zoom Presentations). - Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to define annual plans, campaign visions, define product launch messaging, etc. - Partner with creative vendors to support creative concepting and execution stages. - Study cultural niches and talent relevant to client work and internet culture. Qualifications - Strong desire to build and grow a localized Agency within a Global organization structure. - Equally Strategically & Commercial minded. - Detail-oriented precision; Big Picture + Critical Thinker. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Accountability for the work the team puts out, a no excuses attitude. - Familiarity with 360° marketing campaigns including experiential, content, media and social media strategy. - Creative flair and a passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for visual design and attention to detail, specifically when it comes to business growth tasks. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, and flexing quickly to pivots needed.
