Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner

Storyblok

• Primary HR Business Partner and first point of contact for Go To Market Executives • Lead the creation of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to C-Suite members • Lead the delivery and adoption of cyclical HR products into the Divisions • Monitor, track, and report on key Divisional workforce data • Drive division-wide engagement action planning and communications • Champion the effective adoption of HR policies and practices • Coaching of people managers on tactical issues • Act as Senior Business Partner Representative on CoE initiatives • Lead global HR projects or initiatives impacting the whole company • Coach and mentor junior members of the People Experience Team • Partner with People Operations for HR Operations execution • Be the Geographic people lead for USA/UK

Job Requirements

  • 7-8 years HR generalist experience (preferably in a SaaS/Tech or scale-up environment)
  • At least 3-4 years supporting GTM Functions
  • Experience of working across multiple countries, cultures, and legal jurisdictions (USA, Europe, and APAC)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders (C Suite) through data and insights
  • Strong experience partnering with Executive level leaders
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring junior HR Team members
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with other areas of the People Team
  • Strong understanding of core HR operations, policies, governance, and labour law across multiple jurisdictions
