Role Description Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) praticien(ne) autorisé(e) au Nouveau-Brunswick pour rejoindre notre équipe de soins virtuels en tant qu’entrepreneur indépendant. Dans ce rôle, vous fournirez des soins primaires et des évaluations cliniques des symptômes à distance, par téléphone, messagerie sécurisée et vidéo. Vous offrirez des conseils et un soutien fondés sur des données probantes, travaillant de façon autonome tout en collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire afin d’assurer des soins de santé sécuritaires, rapides et accessibles à tous les patients. Cette opportunité représente un poste vacant existant soutenant les opérations commerciales actuelles. Responsibilities - Effectuer des évaluations complètes des patients, identifier et gérer les problèmes de santé urgents, et assurer le suivi des patients sans attache. - Commander et interpréter des tests diagnostiques, initier des références, et prescrire des médicaments et des traitements conformément aux lignes directrices cliniques et à l’étendue de la pratique. - Utiliser efficacement les outils informatiques et les services en ligne pour soutenir les soins aux patients et la documentation clinique. - Suivre les voies d’escalade appropriées et collaborer efficacement avec les conseillers médicaux et l’équipe des IP pour assurer une coordination des soins aux patients. - Naviguer efficacement sur les plateformes de santé numériques et les dossiers médicaux électroniques, et résoudre les problèmes techniques de base pour assurer la continuité des soins aux patients. Qualifications - Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’infirmier(ère) praticien(ne) (de préférence en soins primaires ou soins urgents) avec de solides compétences en raisonnement diagnostique et en évaluation. - Une expérience préalable en soins virtuels/télésanté est considérée comme un atout. - Maîtrise en sciences infirmières (programme IP MN) – infirmier(ère) praticien(ne) axé(e) sur la pratique clinique. - Permis/inscription auprès du CNNB/OPNIB (en règle) et, le cas échéant, dans la province où vous résidez actuellement, tel que requis par votre organisme de réglementation provincial. - Les certifications optionnelles telles que la formation CNA en télésanté/soins virtuels sont considérées comme un atout. - Démontre une passion pour l’amélioration de l’accès aux soins de santé et des résultats, une attention aux détails, un sens des responsabilités et un engagement envers l’excellence. - Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps; capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et tâches cliniques. - Compétences en communication efficaces pour transmettre des informations cliniques complexes aux patients, collègues et partenaires de soins de santé. - Expérience de travail avec des équipes interfonctionnelles dans un environnement coopératif et de soutien. Requirements - Connexion Internet haute vitesse fiable. - Espace de travail privé et sécurisé pour assurer la confidentialité des patients. - Ordinateur ou portable capable d’exécuter plusieurs applications et plateformes de soins virtuels. Language Skills - La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise; les candidats bilingues (anglais/français) sont fortement encouragés à postuler.
