• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of owned projects • Managing internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets • Managing and leading the project team • Ensuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner • Confirming feasibility of project delivery • Project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan • Allocation and optimized utilization • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary • Monitoring project progress and performance • Providing status reports to the Project Owner • Liaising with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management • Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs • Preparing UAT and Training strategy • Handing-over project to Support • Working with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management
Job Requirements
- BA/MA preferably with IT/Finance/Economics specialization
- PMP or other certification in Project Management
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail, testing, and documentation
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under stress
