• Administer and maintain enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint). • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of collaboration platforms. • Provide technical support for collaboration tools and services. • Resolve user issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption. • Empower users to effectively use collaboration tools through training and resources. • Promote adoption of best practices and new features. • Enhance collaboration workflows through tool integrations and automation. • Support digital transformation initiatives. • Monitor usage and performance to ensure optimal user experience. • Continuously improve collaboration services based on analytics and feedback.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of owned projects • Managing internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets • Managing and leading the project team • Ensuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner • Confirming feasibility of project delivery • Project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan • Allocation and optimized utilization • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary • Monitoring project progress and performance • Providing status reports to the Project Owner • Liaising with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management • Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs • Preparing UAT and Training strategy • Handing-over project to Support • Working with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management

• Support and deliver end-to-end logistics and procurement processes within an SAP S/4HANA landscape • Focus on SAP EWM implementation, with strong involvement in Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order (PR/PO) processes • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to design, implement, and support robust logistics solutions • Lead and support SAP EWM design and implementation activities • Configure and optimize warehouse processes including inbound and outbound logistics, goods receipt and goods issue, picking, packing, and staging, stock management and physical inventory • Support warehouse testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Collaborate with business teams to align warehouse processes with operational needs • Configure and support Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes • Support sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes • Configure and support goods receipt and invoice verification • Integrate MM with FI for accurate postings and reconciliation • Support sales order processing, deliveries, and billing • Ensure seamless integration between SD and EWM for outbound processes • Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements • Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and hypercare phases • Prepare functional specifications and user documentation
