Job Description
Growth Generalist
duvo.ai
• Launch: Own product launches end-to-end — positioning, assets, distribution, measurement. You don't wait for a brief. You write the brief, build the asset, ship it, and measure what happened. • Demand gen: Own campaign strategy and outcomes across channels. Brief and manage agency partners. Hold them accountable for pipeline, not impressions. • Content: Write landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales collateral that convert enterprise buyers. Create and ship video and social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels. Repurpose customer stories, demos, and workflows into formats that drive reach and pipeline. • Sales enablement: Build battle cards, objection handling guides, proof packs. Make it easier for Sales to close. • Analytics: Build dashboards, track funnel metrics, run attribution. Know what's working and what's not - this week. Double down and scale what works. • Growth hacking: Vibecode tools, calculators, and interactive assets. Find scrappy ways to generate leads and test ideas before they're "ready." • Fill the gaps: Early-stage GTM means things fall between the cracks. You pick them up.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS
- Startup DNA: Extremely organized and able to keep track of multiple projects while constantly context switching
- Can build and ship: You can go from idea to live asset (landing page, tool, interactive content) without waiting for a designer or developer. Vibecoding, Webflow, Framer, plain HTML — whatever gets it live
- Strong copywriting instincts for enterprise buyers - you can write for a VP Supply Chain and a deductions analyst in the same week
- Generalist mindset: you work across demand gen, content, enablement, events, and ops without waiting for someone else to own the gap
- Commercially minded: you think in pipeline and conversion, not leads and clicks
- AI-native: you use AI tools daily to move faster - vibecoding, content generation, automation
Benefits

Role Description Genesis is looking for a remote-based Social Media Manager who’s native to the platforms and AI-native in their creative process. You’ll be the engine behind our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond — using every AI-powered production and design tool available to make it travel further and hit harder than a traditional one-person content team ever could. What You'd Do: - Design at Scale With AI - Use Canva AI — Magic Design, Magic Write, text-to-image, and Brand Kit — to produce on-brand graphics, carousels, educational posts, and campaign assets faster than any traditional design workflow. - Build and maintain a Canva Brand Kit for Genesis so every visual asset — from Instagram Stories to LinkedIn headers — is consistent, professional, and instantly reproducible. - Utilize Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express for AI-generated imagery, text effects, and rapid asset creation that doesn’t require a full Creative Cloud subscription or a dedicated designer. - Employ Figma AI for content templates, visual systems, and design specs that keep the brand tight across every platform and format. - Build and Design With AI - Use Replit AI to design and prototype lightweight web-based content assets — custom landing pages for campaigns, interactive patient education tools, shareable microsites, and branded digital experiences — without needing a dedicated developer or agency. - Build simple branded web assets that live beyond the feed: a “meet the surgeons” page, a campaign hub, a patient story gallery — things that extend the Genesis content universe past what Instagram and TikTok can hold. - Produce and Edit Video With AI - Utilize CapCut AI for rapid short-form video editing, auto-captions, and trend-native formats built for TikTok and Reels. - Employ Runway for AI video generation, background removal, and visual effects that elevate raw clinical footage. - Use HeyGen or Descript for AI voiceover, talking-head video creation, and transcript-based editing that makes long surgeon interviews instantly clippable. - Utilize Opus Clip or similar tools to automatically identify the best moments from long-form content and turn them into short-form clips. - Own the Channel Strategy - Run Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a clear, platform-native growth strategy for each. - Use AI scheduling and analytics tools — Buffer AI, Later, or Metricool — to post smarter, not just more. - Understand why something works on TikTok versus Reels versus Shorts — and engineer content accordingly. - Build Repeatable Systems - Develop AI-assisted production workflows so the content operation scales as the practice does. - Build template libraries, prompt libraries, and editorial calendars that make great content reproducible — not just occasional. - Track what’s working with analytics and refine your approach continuously. - Engage the Community - Respond to comments, build a following, and make Genesis a brand people in Chicago actually want to follow. - Experiment constantly — new tools, new formats, new trends; if you have a pitch, we want to hear it. Qualifications - High School graduate or GED required. - College or vocational training a plus. - Fluent in the AI creative stack: Canva AI, Replit, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, Adobe Firefly. - Ability to build lightweight web assets using Replit AI. - Platform fluency with understanding of hooks, retention curves, algorithmic triggers, and optimal timing. - Systems builder who creates reproducible workflows for content production. - Hungry for a ground-floor opportunity to build a real audience for a brand. - Language: English (fluent/native). Requirements - Shift availability: Day Shift (Required). Benefits - Competitive salary for an early-career content role. - Real creative autonomy — no generic health tips, no 47-step approval chains. - Access to a clinical environment most content creators will never get inside. - Subscriptions and budget for the AI tools you need to do the job right. - A brand with an actual mission that makes the content matter. - Room to grow as the practice and Foundation scale.
