• Leads projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning and execution, risk management, communication and stakeholder management, scope and cost control • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations and/or data requires a review of a variety of factors • Navigates ambiguity and has a system and process solution mindset to support growth and continuous improvement • Contacts are both internal to the company and external with client/vendor on routine matters • Builds productive internal/external working relationships • Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g. engineering)
  • Must have experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories either for a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, has an uncanny ability to make internal colleagues and clients feel understood
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME - Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders - Assist Learning Content Managers (LCMs) in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and facilitate communication and coordination among team members - Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project status and performance - Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve project performance - Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project decision-making and problem-solving - Support LCMs in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders - Stay current with industry best practices and project management methodologies to continuously improve project analysis and reporting processes - Provide early alert analysis on potential projects at risks - Track and assess the LCM's team's compliance with key project reporting KPIs WHAT YOU'LL NEED - High school diploma or GED required.
