Senior Solution Architect – Security
Logicalis GmbH
• Provides pre-sales technical engineering support to Account Executives and clients as an integral part of the full sales process • Produces accurate designs and proposals for clients using Logicalis technologies, services, and methodologies • Conducts assessments, studies, and/or surveys to obtain data; analyzes data to advise and recommend solutions • Qualifies, from technical perspective, new business opportunities or requirements within existing and prospective clients to ensure alignment with target markets, portfolio, and delivery and lifecycle services capabilities • Designs and configures complex solution components • Proposes elements, configurations, and implementation details of solution • Prepares for and conducts client proof of concepts • Prepares and performs product demonstrations • Broadens engagements with clients by promoting, defining, and positioning Logicalis services from entire portfolio as appropriate to client requirements • Advises service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of solutions • Helps clients understand solution benefits • Interfaces with vendor and manufacturer teams • Provides product and/or solution training for Logicalis Sales teams and clients • Mentors Logicalis team members • Participates in increasingly complex client projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management disciplines, or related field
- 4 years’ experience in technical pre-sales role
- Familiar with industry compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Experience in Security solutions from leading manufacturers (Cisco, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, etc.)
- Experience developing enterprise-wide solutions
- Experience combining products and services into technology solutions that meet client’s business needs
- Experience in business case development
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Information security certifications such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), CCIE – Security, Cisco security-related certifications such as: Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) - Security, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Security

As a member of our Enterprise Informatics team, you’ll work directly with top-tier customers, scientists, and developers to deploy, configure, and tune the company's high-end suite of molecular modeling and informatics applications and related systems. Role Description The Network for AI (NFAI) Inside Solutions Architect / Specialist is responsible for driving data center networking and routing solution opportunities across commercial and lower-tier enterprise accounts through a virtual-first engagement model. - Acts as the inside counterpart to field-led enterprise specialist coverage. - Owns a defined segment of accounts with meaningful technical complexity. - Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the NFAI portfolio. - Provides solution design guidance and architectural perspective to Account Managers and Sales Engineers. - Balances efficiency of an inside model with technical depth required for credible architectures. - Partners with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, partners, and field specialists to develop pipeline and deliver networking solutions. - Bi-lingual English / French or English / German language skills are highly preferable. Qualifications - 6–8+ years of experience in networking technology sales or hybrid technical-commercial roles. - Proven success selling networking infrastructure solutions within commercial and/or enterprise environments. - Demonstrated ability to participate in or lead solution architecture discussions. - Experience collaborating with Sales Engineers on solution design and technical validation. - Exceptional technical credibility and executive communication skills for candidates with slightly less experience. • Own the technical customer relationship • Lead technical discovery with customers to understand workflows, systems, constraints, data environments, and success criteria. • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches. • Build credibility with both executive and technical stakeholders by clearly articulating how Wand works and where it creates differentiated value. • Partner closely with Sales on strategic deals and with Customer Success on long-term customer success and expansion. • Design scalable solution architectures for enterprise deployments using Wand’s platform, including workflows, agents, integrations, and governance requirements. • Define the technical approach for proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts. • Ensure solution designs are realistic, robust, measurable, and aligned with customer environments. • Help customers navigate integration, security, reliability, and operationalization considerations. • Define technical proof strategies for enterprise opportunities, including what needs to be validated for a customer to move forward. • Establish clear POC success criteria and benchmarks across dimensions such as accuracy, latency, coverage, usability, reliability, and business impact. • Help create a consistent “proof-to-contract” standard across the organization.
