Role Description Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing HCM application delivery across complex client environments. - Provides hands-on techno-functional leadership across Core HCM, benefits, talent management, payroll, and compensation areas, with strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable execution. - Trusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions. - Focused on Reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data conversions. - Position is for a Techno-Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications. - Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Technical Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. - The focus of this position is to provide Service on a Techno-functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. - Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios, and working with the technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. - After post go-live, provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support. - Worked in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Techno-Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Techno-Functional lead or SME in at least 3 modules. - Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, GHR Foundational employee/worker master data, jobs, positions, org structures, Workforce Management WFM Scheduling, shift planning, workforce rules. - Hands-on experience in any of the following 5 modules - Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Workforce Management. - Strong HCM business processes knowledge and concepts. - Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud HCM. - Technically good skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. - Able to scope/build/coach developers through development of reporting, dashboards, integrations, and conversions. • Lead the strategic direction of up to four projects concurrently, possibly growing to up to six via Agentic AI implementations • Responsible for designing solutions and best practices to solve client pain points using a data-driven business strategy and best in class AI and advanced analytics technology toolset • Partner deeply with clients throughout the project lifecycle to: • Understand clients’ business objectives and how DAS42 can deliver against them with our capabilities and technology partners • Build a vision for each client and project to provide them with a clear roadmap to build a data driven culture and mature AI enabled analytics capabilities • Articulate the value that DAS42 brings to our clients • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities to expand engagements based on client needs and feedback • Serve as the escalation point for client technical issues and requests • Drive alignment with partner account teams (such as Snowflake and Sigma) to ensure our joint customers’ success • Understand client’s industry and related news, trends, pain points and challenges, to ensure our strategic guidance and solution are based not only in domain expertise but industry expertise and perspective • Guide technical Team Leads on projects, who are responsible for leading the technical execution and management of individual contributors • Ensure delivery excellence in partnership with our Project Management and account management teams • Manage and mentor 2-4 Team Leads • Provide performance feedback, reviews, and coaching • Support development and training of team members • Help build and lead a world-class technical delivery team focused on advanced analytics and data engineering - supported and accelerated via Agentic AI platforms • Institutionalize DAS42 best practices, based on project experiences, to create agentic AI delivery processes and effective training materials. • Be an industry thought leader utilizing blog posts, articles, speaking opportunities, and others that help expand the brand and expertise of DAS42

• Update and revise the UIS 2018 International Recommendations for a CSA draft document. • Describe key concepts and definitions, and how the CSA fits into the overall System of National Accounts (SNA). • Describe the uses and limitations of a CSA. • Identify the required criteria to develop a CSA. • Produce required summary tables. • Identify initial aggregates and basic indicators. • Discuss specific issues. • Identify required classifications and recommended data sources. • Review past UIS work on the international recommendations for a CSA and incorporate results from global consultations.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle NetSuite EPM • Serve as the Client's advocate throughout each engagement • Participate in all phases of full-cycle EPM implementations: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support • Manage scope, requirements, and budget across all phases • Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops • Drive process mapping, reengineering, and future-state design • Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices • Perform fit/gap analysis to inform system design and execution • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs • Provide post-go-live support as needed
