Role Description We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Analyst ready to take us to the next level! You will be responsible for bridging clinical strategy and technical execution to drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare and automation. This position will be full-time and remote. What You’ll Do - Clinical Discovery & Requirements (BA Focus) - Partner with Clinicians (MDs, Nurses, Case Managers) to observe clinical workflows and identify "friction points" ripe for Agentic AI or RPA intervention. - Translate clinical decision-making processes into structured logic maps (Decision Trees, PDDs) that developers can use to build autonomous AI agents. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each automation—such as "Hours Back to Care" or "Reduction in Denials"—and track them post-deployment. - Validation & Quality Governance (QA Focus) - Design the testing lifecycle for UiPath bots and Agentic AI, moving from "Happy Path" RPA to the "Edge Case" reasoning required for AI. - Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions directly with healthcare providers. Facilitate "Day in the Life" testing to see how AI agents perform under real-world clinical pressure. - Monitor Agentic AI outputs for "hallucinations" or medical inaccuracies, ensuring the agent fails-safe by handing off to a human clinician when uncertainty is high. - The "Hybrid" Bridge - Ensure every clinical requirement identified during the BA phase is directly mapped to a validation script in the QA phase. - Take bugs or "near-misses" found during testing and backtrack them to requirement gaps, refining the solution design in real-time. - Ensure all documented requirements and testing data comply with PHI protections and EHR integration standards (Epic/Cerner). Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in development, automation, machine learning, data science, and AI with at least 4 years in a BA or QA role. - Deep understanding of the Provider space (e.g., Clinical Documentation, Revenue Cycle, Patient Scheduling, or Nursing workflows). - Proven experience working within or integrating with Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner, etc.). - Proficiency in UiPath Test Suite, Azure DevOps, or Jira for tracking requirements and defects. - Exceptional "bedside manner"—the ability to explain complex AI logic to busy clinicians or executives without using technical jargon. Requirements - Experience with Agentic AI (autonomous agents, LLM-based workflows). - Experience in healthcare, CLP, payer enrollment, RCM / IDR. Physical Demands - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions. - Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. - Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
