• Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas para validar funcionalidades. • Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo y producto para entender requerimientos y criterios de aceptación. • Documentar y reportar defectos de manera clara y precisa. • Participar en la definición de estrategias de prueba. • Ejecutar pruebas en entornos que incluyan modelos de datos complejos. • Desarrollar scripts de pruebas y mantenerlos actualizados. • Validar calidad de datos y funcionamiento en bases de datos SQL y NoSQL. • Utilizar herramientas de automatización de pruebas como Cypress, Karate, Serenity, K6, entre otras. • Apoyar la mejora continua de los procesos de testing.

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications and integrations. • Perform manual functional and integration testing. • Test marketing landing pages with complex business logic and integrations. • Test multi-channel customer communication products across email, web-push, app-push, SMS, and in-app channels. • Validate integrations with internal company services and external systems. • Create and maintain test plans and test documentation based on business and technical requirements. • Detect, document, reproduce, and track defects. • Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and support incident investigations together with development teams.

• Manual Testing Ownership: Immediately take ownership of critical manual testing responsibilities, ensuring the timely and high-quality release of our iOS, Android, and Web applications. • End-to-End API Testing: Take part in our E2E API testing, ensuring every backend service release is timely and high-quality. • Strategic Automation Drive: Dedicate significant time to researching, designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable automated test frameworks and suites for UI, API, and integration layers. • Test Plan & Strategy Development: Develop and evolve comprehensive test strategies and plans for major features and critical product initiatives. • Shift-Left Quality Advocate: Embed quality practices earlier in the development lifecycle by collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams from inception through deployment. • Performance & Reliability Contribution: Contribute to implementing and monitoring performance, scalability, and reliability testing. • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize telemetry, analytics, and crash reporting tools to gather insights into user behavior and identify areas for quality improvement. • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, providing technical guidance and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the engineering organization. • Customer-Centric Focus: Act as a strong advocate for the end-user, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and consistent experience across all platforms.

• Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end and integration tests for our software products • Analyze, review, and document test results, and collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues • Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure testing aligns with business and product requirements • Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team
