• As a Senior Product Manager (PM) at Moniepoint, you will be seen as the business leader of your own product area and will lead your own dedicated product engineering team. • You will be accountable for meeting business objectives and driving KPIs by delivering solutions end-to-end in line with customer needs. • You will be identifying problems and opportunities, finding solutions with designers and other stakeholders, translating solutions to user experiences & product requirements and ensuring your team is delivering the solutions designed. • You will measure the success of your solutions and iterate when needed. • You will have your own dedicated engineering team delivering solutions that contribute to our core business objectives with responsibility for the successful implementation and deployment of products that our customers love by driving user research, gathering product requirements, implementing, testing and deploying our software products features. • You will work closely with the design, engineering, growth/marketing, compliance, legal and other related teams to define and execute the next important thing to work on. • As the Product Manager on the Retention team, you will lead the delivery of smooth, high-quality user experiences across our Foreign Exchange (FX) app. • Your focus will be on reducing churn and strengthening customer loyalty throughout the lifecycle after a user completes their first transaction. • You will have end-to-end ownership of key product areas including Home, Profile, Settings, Notification Centre, Login, Limits, and Account Closure across both mobile and web FX platforms.
