• Prepare and refine clear storyboard instructions based on the director’s vision, translating creative direction into actionable guidance for storyboard artists • Meet with animators to discuss scripts and storyboards, delivering clear, actionable guidance • Mentor and support animators to improve output quality, helping the team grow through guidance, feedback, and skill development • Ensure animators have all required assets (e.g., backgrounds), coordinating with illustrators when needed • Review animation work throughout the production process to ensure quality and avoid late-stage fixes • Set up animation renders and create draft pacing versions for Creative Director review • Maintain consistency in animation quality and tone across Shorts and long-form videos • Identify mistakes or inefficiencies and help improve workflows over time

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in animation production (2D preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with animation tools such as Moho
  • Good understanding of animation pipelines and production workflows
  • Solid sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide and give feedback to animators
  • Experience reviewing animation work and maintaining quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, particularly for compositing workflows, with familiarity in Adobe Premiere
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assets and moving parts
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Nice to have: Experience training or mentoring animators
  • Nice to have: Experience in YouTube or fast-paced content production environments
  • Nice to have: Ability to balance speed and quality in high-output workflows

Role Description We are looking for a Global Account Director to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the US. This role exists to drive multi-year revenue growth within large global accounts by expanding Miratech’s footprint, strengthening executive relationships, and identifying high-value transformation opportunities. The main responsibility of the Senior Development Director is to assure that during construction, decisions and problems are resolved quickly and accurately, and that the project is completed within planned parameters.
