Reunion

Reunion is the leading platform for clean energy tax credits and compliance. Since 2024, we have worked with major corporations to invest over $7 billion in clean energy projects, including some of the industry's largest tax credit transactions. We are a fast-growing and profitable company, and our expert 20-person team knows how to get things done and loves to move fast! Our founders, Billy Lee and Andy Moon, are second-time entrepreneurs and were early pioneers in solar tax equity and project finance. We have recruited an experienced team of early executives from SunEdison, SolarCity, Tesla, GoodLeap, and other leading clean energy companies. We have built a strong company culture which values collaboration and speed… while still having fun. In 2025, we launched Reunion PWA, a software solution that helps developers comply with prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) requirements to unlock the full value of clean energy tax credits. Reunion PWA is rapidly gaining traction in the market, and we’re growing our team to accelerate adoption and expand to additional compliance offerings. Join us in the fight against climate change by helping renewable energy developers build faster!

Role Description We're looking for a high-performance, driven Business Development Associate to fuel the growth of Reunion PWA. You'll own outbound prospecting and top-of-funnel pipeline development, with a clear path to taking on deeper customer relationships and strategic work as you grow. This is a great fit if you're 1-3 years into your career, have a natural instinct for sales, and want to grow fast inside a profitable company with real mission alignment. You'll develop deep knowledge of the clean energy landscape and build relationships with developers, EPCs, and project owners across the country. What You’ll Do - Build and own a pipeline of qualified leads across solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy segments, from initial research through outreach and first contact. - Engage directly with clean energy developers, EPCs, and project owners to understand their compliance challenges and position Reunion PWA as the solution. - Support and progressively lead product demos, owning discovery, qualification, and follow-up as you develop product fluency. - Support and eventually own renewals and upsells of existing customers. - Develop genuine expertise in the IRA compliance landscape, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, so you can hold substantive conversations with technical and finance-oriented buyers. - Track market trends, IRA and DOE guidance updates, and competitive dynamics to sharpen outreach strategy and surface new opportunities. - Partner with senior BD on account strategy, deal progression, and pipeline reviews. - Contribute to sales playbooks, outreach templates, and CRM processes that make the whole team more effective. - Represent Reunion at industry conferences and events, building relationships with developers and stakeholders across the clean energy market. Qualifications - 1-3 years of work experience: B2B SaaS, clean energy, finance, consulting, or a fast-moving startup are all relevant backgrounds. - Strong written communicator: you can write a cold email that actually gets a response. - Organized and self-directed: comfortable managing your own queue without a lot of hand-holding. - Genuine curiosity about the clean energy transition and how policy shapes markets. - Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort with LinkedIn and sales tools. - Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate research and outreach. Nice to Haves - Exposure to IRA tax credit programs, prevailing wage, or clean energy project finance. - Prior experience in an outbound sales or SDR/BDR role selling software. - Familiarity with Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools. - Experience at an early-stage startup. - Experience at an accounting or consulting firm. Benefits - Help scale one of the most exciting and impactful clean energy finance companies in the industry. - Work directly with experienced founders and a top-tier team. - Competitive compensation and early-stage equity. - Benefits including full medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and partial coverage for dependents. - Generous 401K match, travel to company offsites 2-3x per year to meet teammates in-person, flexible PTO plan. Note Reunion is an equal opportunity employer. If you’re excited about helping accelerate the energy transition, even if your background doesn’t check every box, we encourage you to apply.
