Role Description As a Manager at Reunion, you’ll be a go-to expert for our customers looking for PWA compliance reporting and auditing. You will rely on strong communication and problem-solving skills to help developers, contractors, and project owners understand how to stay compliant and get the most out of our software platform. This is a highly customer-facing and technical role — you’ll manage key customer accounts, develop efficient processes, and think through how we expand our product offerings. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to ensure that customers are both technically successful and compliance confident when using Reunion. What You’ll Do - Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements, providing guidance and support across a portfolio of accounts. - Manage the delivery of industry-leading audited reports through the Reunion platform, upholding quality standards and ensuring rigorous human-in-the-loop auditing processes. - Establish best practices to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable data collection and maintenance. - Develop and implement customer onboarding programs and engagement cadences to drive platform adoption and long-term success with the Reunion PWA platform. - Act as a go-to resource on complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements, creating materials and training that empower both customers and internal teams. - Champion the product feedback loop by partnering closely with product and engineering teams, representing customer needs and contributing to platform roadmap discussions. - Lead customer success initiatives, and collaborate with sales and account management teams to align on customer satisfaction goals, retention strategies, and growth opportunities. Role Description We're looking for a high-performance, driven Business Development Associate to fuel the growth of Reunion PWA. You'll own outbound prospecting and top-of-funnel pipeline development, with a clear path to taking on deeper customer relationships and strategic work as you grow. This is a great fit if you're 1-3 years into your career, have a natural instinct for sales, and want to grow fast inside a profitable company with real mission alignment. You'll develop deep knowledge of the clean energy landscape and build relationships with developers, EPCs, and project owners across the country. What You’ll Do - Build and own a pipeline of qualified leads across solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy segments, from initial research through outreach and first contact. - Engage directly with clean energy developers, EPCs, and project owners to understand their compliance challenges and position Reunion PWA as the solution. - Support and progressively lead product demos, owning discovery, qualification, and follow-up as you develop product fluency. - Support and eventually own renewals and upsells of existing customers. - Develop genuine expertise in the IRA compliance landscape, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, so you can hold substantive conversations with technical and finance-oriented buyers. - Track market trends, IRA and DOE guidance updates, and competitive dynamics to sharpen outreach strategy and surface new opportunities. - Partner with senior BD on account strategy, deal progression, and pipeline reviews. - Contribute to sales playbooks, outreach templates, and CRM processes that make the whole team more effective. - Represent Reunion at industry conferences and events, building relationships with developers and stakeholders across the clean energy market. Qualifications - 1-3 years of work experience: B2B SaaS, clean energy, finance, consulting, or a fast-moving startup are all relevant backgrounds. - Strong written communicator: you can write a cold email that actually gets a response. - Organized and self-directed: comfortable managing your own queue without a lot of hand-holding. - Genuine curiosity about the clean energy transition and how policy shapes markets. - Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort with LinkedIn and sales tools. - Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate research and outreach.
