Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or a similar creative role, plus 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Startup DNA: Experience working in the travel, tech, or SaaS industries. You are used to flexibility, thrive in a little bit of chaos, and prefer agility over heavy corporate structure.
