• You’ll plan, design, develop and deliver content, live online lessons and assessments for learners on Tiro’s Applied Chemical Sciences modules. • You’ll deliver a variety of specialist modules/content/materials/assessments that are learner-centric. • You’ll provide rich feedback on assessments, making things relevant to the workplace context and experiences that champion and grow your learners’ determination to succeed. • You’ll anticipate, spot and address issues/challenges to nip them in the bud to keep learners progressing with their learning. • Design robust module delivery plans, ensure they are clear and instructive. • Design and develop subject-specific content for Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Live Lesson Delivery. • Deliver Live Lessons per module which stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm, creating an inclusive and friendly environment. • Ensure module assessments are marked and returned to learners in accordance with Tiro’s Assessment Policy.

• You'll have the freedom to shape how marketing operates, how success is measured and how marketing works alongside Employer Growth, Employer Success, Product and Delivery. • You'll influence executive thinking, help shape commercial strategy and play a key role in helping Tiro achieve its ambitious growth plans. • You'll build and lead a commercially focused marketing function that generates demand, pipeline and brand awareness. • Develop customer-led propositions, messaging and positioning that connect with employers across our priority sectors. • Create full-funnel marketing strategies that move audiences from awareness through to meaningful commercial conversations. • Build segmentation, Ideal Customer Profiles and campaign strategies that improve targeting and conversion. • Partner closely with Employer Growth to ensure marketing contributes directly to pipeline quality and commercial performance. • Use customer insight, market research and campaign performance data to continually improve strategy and decision-making. • Develop our brand profile through content, thought leadership, PR, events and storytelling that builds trust and credibility. • Coach and develop the marketing team, creating clear priorities, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

• This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for compliance, governance, data integrity and operational assurance across the business. • You’ll own how compliance and operational governance are designed, embedded and continuously improved across Tiro. • You’ll work across the full operational ecosystem: - apprenticeship funding compliance - governance and operational controls - audit readiness and assurance - learner data integrity and reporting - ILR, PDSAT and funding submissions - compliance operations and process design - systems improvement and automation - operational risk management - cross-functional operational alignment - regulatory readiness across the learner journey

• Designing and building digital learning experiences for Industrial Science education • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Product Manager • Creating scalable digital learning experiences • Utilizing technology, creativity, and learning science to enhance content
