Role Description We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain. - Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end - Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas - Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems - Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.) - Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions - Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements - Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in full stack development - Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular) - Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design - Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git - Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.) - Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, payer/provider data flows) - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills Requirements - Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (deployment, monitoring, DevOps pipelines) - Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices Company Description Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.
