Role Description We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and make a real impact as we continue to scale our EMEA organisation. This role will support hiring across a range of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technology, with a strong focus on Go‑to‑Market roles. If you’re a true hiring partner who thrives on building strong relationships with hiring managers, deeply understanding talent needs, and helping scale high‑performing teams across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, we’d love to meet you! - Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go‑to‑Market positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs) - Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions - Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping - Own and effectively prioritise 8+ requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs - Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision‑making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers - Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in an in‑house recruitment role - Proven success delivering full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies (EMEA experience preferred) - Experience recruiting for a broad range of sales‑oriented roles, including pre‑sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success - Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select high‑quality commercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit and long‑term success - Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing - A strong track record of delivering high‑quality hires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges - French language is a bonus. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in technology, financial services, or B2B SaaS with complex regulatory environments. - Background in customer success, implementation, or service design, with a strong focus on journey mapping and experience design. - Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms used to orchestrate onboarding.
