By breaking away from legacy dependencies, you will define how data shows up for our customers, creating a foundation that supports massive transaction volumes and delivers real-time accounting insights. What you’ll doYou will lead a diverse global collective, while spearheading the growth of two new teams in Vancouver. This role is supported by a dedicated leadership structure in Australia and New Zealand to help manage time zones and ensure seamless collaboration across our regional hubs. The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on - Architecting an AI-first reporting stack that moves away from operational database reliance to improve global scalability. - Hiring and establishing two new high-performing engineering and product teams within our Vancouver hub. - Integrating the efforts of specialised global teams to create a unified and modernised reporting experience. - Developing technical standards for high-accuracy data systems that manage complex historical accounting data and audit trails.
