The Data Center Solutions Principal works within our Dell Technologies Services (DTS) Technical Consultant team in a pre-sales function. You are responsible for leading the complex Multicloud, Data & AI and Resiliency & Security services solution definition and journey to outcome in close alignment with the Services Sales, Services Delivery Teams, Solution Partners and in collaboration with product account teams to architect and position the Dell and Dell partner ecosystem solution that best meets customer requirements and delivers expected outcomes. This is a senior presales customer facing role. The Solutions Principal will lead the development and delivery of presentations up to customer C-level management, driving advisory and technical workshops, designing Services Solution scopes, providing professional Services proposal responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), building out Statements of Work (SOW) comprising contractual services scopes, effort estimation and managing the sales lifecycle from transition of work to the Dell Technologies delivery organization through aligned practice management. You will: - Engage in complex accounts and lead customer presentations and workshops at the senior leadership level. - Develop and articulate the applicable transformation journey in both business and technology value terms. - Be part of the Account Solutions Principals and work on opportunities in the region. - Be recognized for your Services solution presales subject-matter expertise in the area of Multicloud, Data & AI and Resiliency & Security. - Contribute to business results through quality of input to Dell Technologies solution offers. - Represent Dell Technologies Services through internal enablement sessions comprising workshops, presentations, programs, community/practice leadership and training. - Work with services portfolio teams on new offers and with business development on sales campaigns. Qualifications - Fluent in English. - 10+ years services presales experience in the role of a solution lead, solution architect or similar. - Proven capability and experience in constructing services solutions for customers, typically in the large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors. - Thorough understanding of program and project specific services P&L and cash flow development. - Proven experience in client-facing roles and effectively influencing at all levels (up to CxO). - Passion for cutting edge technology, services and life-long learning. - Expert knowledge in Multicloud/Data Center and AI & Data services. - Exceptional consultative presales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to apply within digital transformation context. - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written). - Ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings. - Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment. - Travel across the region is essential.
