Role Description Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. ¿Te apasiona el diseño digital aplicado a e-commerce y te gusta ver tu trabajo convertido en campañas, emails y páginas que se publican y venden de verdad? En esta oferta no buscamos a un diseñador que solo haga piezas bonitas. Buscamos a una persona resolutiva, rápida y con mentalidad de ejecución, capaz de transformar indicaciones en materiales listos para salir en campañas, tiendas online y flujos de email. Este rol es para perfiles que entienden que diseñar en e-commerce no va solo de creatividad, sino de velocidad, criterio y adaptación. Aquí buscamos a alguien que pueda moverse bien en el día a día de varias marcas, con autonomía, orden y capacidad para mantener el ritmo. Si te motiva tener impacto directo en la operativa de varias tiendas online, trabajar muy cerca del equipo de marketing y tocar áreas como paid media, email y Shopify, este puesto es para ti. Objetivo del puesto: - Producir y ejecutar el material visual y creativo que necesitan distintas marcas de e-commerce en su operativa diaria. - Convertir las indicaciones del CMO en piezas terminadas, publicables y adaptadas a cada canal. - Es un rol muy operativo, con foco en diseño, velocidad de ejecución y autonomía. Tus tareas principales: - Diseñar creatividades para campañas de Meta Ads y Google Ads. - Diseñar, maquetar y programar emails en Klaviyo. - Construir y mantener flujos automatizados de email marketing. - Diseñar y actualizar banners, fichas de producto y landings en Shopify. - Subir y publicar contenidos en las plataformas necesarias. - Preparar piezas para campañas comerciales como rebajas, lanzamientos o Black Friday. - Dar apoyo en la elaboración de informes y seguimiento básico de métricas. - Editar vídeo básico cuando sea necesario para anuncios o redes sociales. - Trabajar simultáneamente con varias marcas, adaptándote al estilo visual de cada una. Requirements - Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en diseño digital para e-commerce, agencia o marca con tienda online. - Buen manejo de Figma y Canva. - Experiencia o soltura para trabajar con Klaviyo y Shopify. - Experiencia diseñando creatividades para Meta Ads. - Capacidad para maquetar emails y adaptar piezas a distintos formatos. - Perfil rápido, organizado, autónomo y con atención al detalle. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en remoto con coincidencia parcial con horario español. Valuable Skills - Experiencia en agencia de marketing digital o performance. - Haber trabajado con varias marcas a la vez. - Conocimientos básicos de edición de vídeo con CapCut, Premiere o similar. - Experiencia con Mailchimp, WooCommerce u otras herramientas similares. - Portfolio con ejemplos reales de anuncios, emails o páginas de e-commerce.
