Role Description Define project requirements by collaborating with sales, customers, and estimating; clarify specs and maintain CRM records. - Support solution development by recommending suitable products/services based on customer needs. - Prepare and complete quotes, ensuring accuracy with RFQs and coordinating with pricing/estimating teams. - Partner with sales to review large bids and help close pending quotes. - Verify project details by aligning quotes with purchase orders, updating specs, and handling credit/prepayment requirements. - Coordinate project scheduling, turnaround times, and milestones; communicate updates and confirmations to customers. - Manage changes by advising customers on impacts (cost, timing), updating quotes, and ensuring revised documentation and schedules. - Oversee file and production readiness, including collecting final files, confirming requirements, and providing clear job instructions. - Track projects end-to-end, handle customer inquiries, prioritize timelines, support invoicing, and assist with issue/complaint resolution. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of relevant print industry customer support experience required; equivalent educational background may be considered in lieu of professional experience. - Bilingual in English and French required. - Ability to learn ERP systems.
