Role Description Enzari Creations is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our cutting-edge web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development. - Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Solid experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or .NET. - Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL & NoSQL), and server-side architecture. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring junior developers.

• Identify and model the dynamic behavior of autonomous vehicles to establish accurate baselines for motion planning. • Adapt and train control models to transition between diverse vehicle platforms. • Develop, optimize, and implement robust control stacks across the fleet to ensure safe and reliable operations. • Evaluate advanced control schemes for varying vehicle architectures. • Design and implement computationally efficient control and planning algorithms tailored to the hardware and compute limitations. • Verify and validate new control schemes directly on physical robots, overcoming bottlenecks when porting controllers to new platforms. • Lead architectural design discussions for controller level safety layer. • Develop and implement robust low-latency safety behaviors for our vehicle fleets operating in unstructured environments. • Deploy theoretical control schemes and multi-agent behaviors onto real-world robots operating in demanding, dynamic environments. • Serve as a resident planning and controls expert, filling critical knowledge gaps and guiding technical strategy for the engineering team.

• Develop and implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies across the supply base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, key partners, and stakeholders. • Influence decision-making through quality assurance, aligning efforts with customer priorities and mission success. • Interpret and communicate purchase order quality requirements to ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance. • Ensure product requirements are properly flowed down and adhered to by internal teams and sub-tier suppliers. • Assess supplier quality capabilities throughout the program lifecycle to meet objectives. • Identify and resolve supplier risks and systemic issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and other analytical tools. • Collaborate across Quality functions and Cross Business Teams (CBTs) to ensure rapid issue resolution. • Oversee First Article Verification, Source Inspection, and supplier assessments, audits, and reviews. • Resolve supplier risks and ensure compliance with program objectives.

• Full ownership of solution design for high-impact partner use cases including scheduling, booking, and provider configuration. • Serving as the technical lead during implementations to define success criteria and cutover strategies. • Building and fostering relationships with partners by creating high-quality prototypes and POCs that de-risk adoption. • Staying abreast of latest developments in EHR capabilities and healthcare interoperability. • Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology. • Mentoring Partner Engineers and partnering with Business Development on standardized handoff patterns.
